Bismillāhir-raḥmānir-raḥīm Allāhumma innī asʾaluka wa atawajjahu ilayka bi-nabiyyika nabiyyir-raḥmah, Muḥammadin ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa ālih, wa bi-ahli baytihi ṭ-ṭayyibīnaṭ-ṭāhirīnal-ladhīna adhaballlāhu ʿanhumuir-rijsa wa ṭahharahum taṭhīrā, wa jaʿalahum wasīlatan baynahū wa bayna ʿibādih Yā Muḥammadu yā rasūlallāh Yā sayyidal-anbiyāʾi wal-mursalīn, yā ḥabība rabbil-ʿālamīn Yā khātaman-nabiyyīna wa raḥmatan lil-ʿālamīn Innā natawassalu bika wa natawajjahu ilallāhi bi-ḥubbika wa shafāʿatik Yā shafīʿal-mudhnibīn ishfaʿ lanā ʿinda rabbik Yā ʿAliyyu yā amīral-muʾminīn Yā waṣiyya rasūlillāhi wa akhāhu wa khalīfatahu fī ummatih Yā bāba madīnati ʿilmin-nabiyy, yā sayyidal-awṣiyāʾ Innā natawassalu bika ilallāhi wa bi-rasūlih Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā abal-Ḥasan Yā Fāṭimatu yā sayyidatan nisāʾil-ʿālamīn Yā binta sayyidil-anbiyāʾ, baḍʿatahu wa qurrata ʿaynih Yā ummal-aʾimmatiṭ-ṭāhirīna wa sayyidata ahlil-bayt Innā natawassalu biki ilallāhi wa ilā abīki wa baʿlik Ishfaʿī lanā ʿindallāhi yā sayyidatuz-Zahrāʾ Yā Ḥasanu yābnar-rasūlillāh Yā sayyida shabābi ahlil-jannah, yā rayḥānatal-Muṣṭafā Yā ṣāḥibal-ḥilmi wat-taqā waṣ-ṣabril-jamīl Innā natawassalu bika ilallāh Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā abā Muḥammad Yā Ḥusaynu yā sayyidash-shuhadāʾ Yābnar-rasūlillāh, yā thārallāhi wabna thārihī wal-witra al-mawtūr Yā man fadā al-Islāma bi-damihiz-zakiyyi wa ālihī wa aṣḥābihī fī Karbalāʾ Innā natawassalu bi-turbatikaṭ-ṭāhirati wa damikāl-mubārak ilallāh Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā abā ʿAbdillāh Yā ʿAliyya bnal-Ḥusayni yā Zaynal-ʿĀbidīn Yā sayyidas-sājidīn, yā manibtaīāhu allāhu fa-ṣabara wa shakar Yā man ḥamala risāla Karbalāʾa wa ballaghhā lil-ummah Innā natawassalu bika ilallāh Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā abā Muḥammad Yā Muḥammada bna ʿAliyyin yā Bāqiral-ʿilm Yā man fataqa asrāral-ʿulūmi wa basaṭa maʿārifa d-dīni lil-ummah Yā maʿdinal-ḥikmati wa nūral-ajyāl Innā natawassalu bika ilallāh Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā abā Jaʿfar Yā Jaʿfara bna Muḥammadin yaṣ-Ṣādiq Yā manish-tahara biṣidqihī fis-sirri wal-ʿalan Yā man jaʿala baytahu madrasatan lil-fiqhi wat-tawḥīdi wal-ʿirfān Innā natawassalu bika ilallāh Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā abā ʿAbdillāh Yā Mūsā bna Jaʿfarin yal-Kāẓim Yā man kaẓamal-ghayẓa fī sabīlillāhi wa ṣabara ʿalal-adhā ṣabran jamīlā Yā bābal-ḥawāʾiji wa ʿabdallāhiṣ-ṣāliḥ Innā natawassalu bika ilallāh Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā abal-Ḥasan Yā ʿAliyya bna Mūsā yar-Riḍā Yā man raḍiyallāhu ʿanhu wa arḍāhu wa sammāhur-Riḍā Yā gharībal-ghurabāʾ, yā ḍāmina arzāqi ʿibādillāh Innā natawassalu bika ilallāh Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā abal-Ḥasan Yā Muḥammada bna ʿAliyyin yal-Jawād Yā manish-tahara bijūdihī wa karamihī wa sakhāʾihī ʿalal-anām Yā bnar-Riḍā, yā man ʿallama l-ummatal-ʿaṭāʾ Innā natawassalu bika ilallāh Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā abā Jaʿfar Yā ʿAliyya bna Muḥammadin yal-Hādī Yā man hadā ilār-rashādi wa anāra sabīlal-ḥaqqi lis-sālikīn Yā man ukriha ʿalā mufāraqati waṭanihī wa ʿāsha fil-iḍṭihādi ṣābiran Innā natawassalu bika ilallāh Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā abā Muḥammad Yā Ḥasana bna ʿAliyyin yal-ʿAskariyy Yā man ḍuyyiqa ʿalayhi wa sujina wa ubtuliya fa-ṣabara muḥtasiban lillāh Yā abal-Qāʾimil-ladhī sa-yamlaʾul-arḍa qisṭan wa ʿadlā Innā natawassalu bika ilallāh Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā abā Muḥammad Yā Muḥammada bnal-Ḥasani yā ṣāḥibaz-zamān Yā Qāʾima āli Muḥammad, yā ḥujjatallāhi ʿalā khalqih Yā man tashtāqu ilayhi l-arwāḥu wa tantaẓiruhu l-ummah Innā natawajjahu ilayka fī ghaybatika l-kubrā wa natawassalu bika ilallāh Ishfaʿ lanā ʿindallāhi yā waliyyal-ʿaṣri waz-zamān Allāhumma bi-ḥaqqi hāʾulāʾil-aṭhāril-ladhīna ikhtartahum min khalqik Wa jaʿaltahum khuzzāna ʿilmika wa ḥamalata amānatika wa ḥujajaka ʿalā ʿibādik Asʾaluka an taghfira lanā dhunūbanā wa tukaffira ʿannā sayyiʾātinā Wa tajʿalanā minal-muqarrabīnal-ladhīna lā khawfun ʿalayhim wa lā hum yaḥzanūn Wa ṣallallāhu ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā ālihi ṭ-ṭayyibīnaṭ-ṭāhirīn wa sallama taslīman kathīrā

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. O Allah, I ask You and turn toward You through Your Prophet, the Prophet of Mercy — Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family — and through his pure and purified Ahl al-Bayt from whom Allah has removed all impurity and purified them with a complete purification, making them a means between Him and His servants. O Muhammad, O Messenger of Allah — O master of all Prophets and Messengers, O beloved of the Lord of the Worlds — O Seal of the Prophets and Mercy to all creation — we seek intercession through you and turn toward Allah through our love for you and through your intercession. O intercessor of sinners, intercede for us before your Lord. O Ali, O Commander of the Faithful — O executor of Allah's Messenger's will, his brother, and his successor among his nation — O door to the city of the Prophet's knowledge, O master of all successors — we seek intercession through you toward Allah and His Messenger. Intercede for us before Allah, O Father of Hasan. O Fatimah, O mistress of the women of all the worlds — O daughter of the master of Prophets, his flesh and the light of his eye — O mother of the pure Imams and lady of the Ahl al-Bayt — we seek intercession through you toward Allah, your father, and your husband. Intercede for us before Allah, O Lady Zahra. O Hasan, O son of the Messenger of Allah — O master of the youth of Paradise, O sweet fragrance of the Chosen One — O man of forbearance, piety, and beautiful patience — we seek intercession through you toward Allah. Intercede for us before Allah, O Father of Muhammad. O Husain, O master of the martyrs — O son of the Messenger of Allah, O blood-avenger of Allah and son of His avenger — O one who ransomed Islam with his pure blood and his family and companions in Karbala — we seek intercession through your sacred earth and your blessed blood toward Allah. Intercede for us before Allah, O Father of Abdullah. O Ali, son of Husain — O Zayn al-Abidin — O master of those who prostrate, O one whom Allah tested and who bore it with patience and gratitude — O one who carried the message of Karbala and delivered it to the nation — we seek intercession through you toward Allah. Intercede for us before Allah, O Father of Muhammad. O Muhammad, son of Ali — O Baqir al-Ilm — O one who opened the secrets of knowledge and spread the understanding of religion to the nation — O treasure-house of wisdom and light of generations — we seek intercession through you toward Allah. Intercede for us before Allah, O Father of Jafar. O Jafar, son of Muhammad — O the Truthful — O one famous for his truthfulness in private and in public — O one who made his home a school of jurisprudence, theology, and spiritual knowledge — we seek intercession through you toward Allah. Intercede for us before Allah, O Father of Abdullah. O Musa, son of Jafar — O the Patient (al-Kazim) — O one who suppressed his anger for the sake of Allah and bore harm with beautiful patience — O door of needs and righteous servant of Allah — we seek intercession through you toward Allah. Intercede for us before Allah, O Father of Hasan. O Ali, son of Musa — O al-Ridha — O one with whom Allah is pleased, whose pleasure He won, whom He named al-Ridha — O stranger among strangers, O guarantor of the provisions of Allah's servants — we seek intercession through you toward Allah. Intercede for us before Allah, O Father of Hasan. O Muhammad, son of Ali — O al-Jawad — O one renowned for his generosity, nobility, and open-handedness toward creation — O son of al-Ridha, O one who taught the nation the meaning of giving — we seek intercession through you toward Allah. Intercede for us before Allah, O Father of Jafar. O Ali, son of Muhammad — O al-Hadi — O one who guided toward righteousness and illuminated the path of truth for the seekers — O one who was forced to leave his homeland and lived under oppression with patience — we seek intercession through you toward Allah. Intercede for us before Allah, O Father of Muhammad. O Hasan, son of Ali — O al-Askari — O one who was constrained and imprisoned and afflicted yet bore it patiently for Allah's sake — O father of the Awaited One who will fill the earth with justice and equity — we seek intercession through you toward Allah. Intercede for us before Allah, O Father of Muhammad. O Muhammad, son of Hasan — O Master of the Age — O the Rising One of the family of Muhammad, O Proof of Allah upon His creation — O one for whom souls long and for whom the nation waits — we turn toward you in your Major Occultation and seek intercession through you toward Allah. Intercede for us before Allah, O Guardian of the Age and Time. O Allah, by the right of these pure ones whom You chose from among Your creation — whom You made the guardians of Your knowledge, bearers of Your trust, and Your proofs upon Your servants — I ask You to forgive us our sins and erase our wrongdoings, and to make us among the near ones upon whom there is no fear and who shall not grieve. And may Allah's blessings and peace be upon Muhammad and his pure and purified family, abundantly and continuously.
