Niyyat of the Salat al-Tawaf at Maqam Ibrahim

نية صلاة الطواف

Intention for the two-rak'at tawaf prayer offered at Maqam Ibrahim after completing the tawaf

Arabic

اُصَلِّيْ صَلَوٰةَ الطَّوَافِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ لِلّٰهِ عَزَّوَجَلَّ * اَدَاءً مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْكَعْبَةِ الْحَرَامِ اللّٰهُ اَكْبَرُ

Transliteration

Usalli salatat-tawafi rak'atayni lillahi 'azza wa jall, ada'an mustaqbilal-ka'batil-haram, Allahu akbar

English

I pray the prayer of tawaf, two rak'ats, for Allah Mighty and Majestic — performed (ada'an), facing the Ka'ba al-Haram. Allahu Akbar.
